Michka Sachnine, linguiste, ethnolinguiste et fondatrice des études yorùbá à l’Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales (INALCO), a inlassablement œuvré au développement de l’enseignement et de la recherche dans les domaines linguistique et culturel yorùbá. Unanimement reconnue, en France et au-delà, pour ses compétences universitaires, elle a transmis un savoir aussi vaste que précis à de nombreux étudiants et jeunes chercheurs tous profondément touchés par l’attention accordée à chacun.
